Toxicity: rat acute oral LD 50 :-1680mg/Kg, estrogen 1575mg/Kg; Mice acute oral LD 50 :-867mg/Kg, estrogen 1281mg /Kg; in rats with acute percutaneous LD 50 : male, female> 2000; rat inhalation LC 50: (4 hours): mg /L; this in rabbit a slight eye stimulate the rabbit skin stimulation. No teratogenic, mutagenic, carcinogenic effect.
